- Full FHO capitation; you select your panel during onboarding
- Continuity care only: no walk-in, no call
- Clinic hours Monday to Friday, 9 to 5, and Saturday, 10 to 2; Saturday shifts are optional
- AI scribe drafts clinical notes in the room
- Fully staffed: two full-time in-office MOAs plus an offshore MOA, an Administrative Services Manager, an Executive Director and Operations Manager, and a billing agent
- Online booking, patient self-check-in, and patient portal for results and automated follow-up
- Newly renovated, purpose-built office on the corner of Bay & College: seven exam rooms and a physician office, with lab, imaging, cardiology, and physiotherapy in the building and a pharmacy next door
An earned path into private practice
The destination is private preventive-care practice: a fraction of a full panel, the time to practise in real depth, and the benefits that come with it. See them for yourself at Plunge Health and The Mas Clinic, two of our private pay enhanced clinics in Toronto.
There are two ways in. Arrive already carrying a full private roster, or earn your place through Button. Button is where physicians begin: you build a full OHIP roster, train, and graduate to a private panel that is provided to you. The full pathway is walked through at the interview.
