Erik Bos is the Director of Button Health, a modern primary-care practice located at Bay and College in downtown Toronto. Button Health provides comprehensive, community-focused family medicine supported by dedicated clinical administration and advanced health infrastructure. Under his leadership, the organization operates as part of a broader portfolio of healthcare and preventive-medicine initiatives across the Greater Toronto Area.

With more than 25 years of executive leadership experience across pharmaceuticals, enterprise technology and private equity, Erik has built a career centred on organizational performance, capital management and operational restructuring. He began his career in the late 1990s in the international pharmaceutical sector, brokering active pharmaceutical ingredients and pharmaceuticals to U.S. manufacturers and R&D groups. He subsequently expanded into industrial chemical manufacturing before serving as a public-company CEO and as a private-equity vice-president developing multi-industry portfolio companies.

Over the past decade, Erik has applied this background to real estate, healthcare consulting and practice management. His work has included directing the operational turnaround of underperforming clinical practices, developing proprietary healthcare-product supply chains and advising multi-clinic healthcare groups through regional expansion.

Erik’s executive expertise encompasses healthcare governance, regulatory and privacy compliance under PHIPA, enterprise IT architecture and commercial practice operations. At Button Health, he oversees corporate strategy, capital allocation, facility development and operational infrastructure, ensuring the clinic operates with institutional-grade stability and provides independent physicians with a professionally managed environment in which to practise medicine.

Erik has a particular applied focus on operational resilience, clinical-workflow optimization and building sustainable clinic models that support physician autonomy.
