Your doctor reads it before you walk in. No repetitive form-filling. No "so what brings you in today?" when you already told the receptionist, the nurse, and filled out three forms.

OHIP (Ontario Health Insurance Plan) covers all our core family medicine services at no cost to you. This includes consultations, routine check-ups, preventive care, and most standard medical services. It's a first come, first served list. You'll receive email notifications as soon as appointments become available based on where you are in the list. Priority list members get first access to booking before we open to the general public. There's no cost to join.
Yes, you'll need a physical valid Ontario health card to access OHIP-funded services and a picture ID. During booking you will be required to provide it. Make sure to bring it with you when you come in.
Absolutely! We're a family medicine practice, which means we care for patients of all ages - from infants to seniors. You only need to register once, then on the intake forms online you fill out, you can add each family member.
No. We believe you deserve choice in your healthcare. Unlike some other clinics, we won't remove you from our patient roster if you need to visit a walk-in clinic while traveling or can't get an appointment with us quickly enough. You won't face lectures about "cheating" on us or penalties for seeking care elsewhere.
Your health matters, and taking care of it should always be your priority. Ontario's healthcare system is shifting toward a "rostering" model where doctors receive salary bonuses for preventing patients from seeking care elsewhere and face penalties when patients do. We have strong opinions about this approach and will share more in the future.
