Common Questions
Not yet. We open late summer 2026 at 790 Bay St. #536, Toronto. The only way to secure your spot is to join the priority list. When we open, priority list members get first access to book appointments before we open to the general public.
We have a limited number of spots based on our physician capacity. Once we reach capacity, we'll close the list. It's first-come, first-served. Those who sign up earlier will be notified first when appointments become available.
None. There's no contract and no cost, and you can leave the list anytime. We only ask that you join if you're genuinely looking for a family doctor. Spots are limited by our physician capacity, so a place taken by someone who won't use it is one a patient who needs one can't have. If that's you, we'd love to have you. We just need your name and mobile number to text you when booking opens.
It's simple: sign up with your phone, and you'll be added to our list in the order you joined. When we open, we'll text you with instructions to book your first appointment. Priority list members get access before we open to the general public. The earlier you sign up, the earlier you'll be notified.
Yes. We're a family medicine practice caring for patients of all ages, from newborns to seniors. One signup covers your whole family. When you book, you can register each family member through our intake system.
OHIP (Ontario Health Insurance Plan) covers all our core family medicine services at no cost to you. This includes consultations, routine check-ups, preventive care, and most standard medical services. Some specialized or uninsured services may have additional fees, which we'll always discuss upfront. Learn more about uninsured services .
About a third of people on our list already have a family doctor. Worth knowing: OHIP rosters you to one family physician at a time, so joining us means switching, not keeping a backup. Our doctors are independent, certified family physicians, the same care you'd get at any family practice in Ontario, with OHIP covering the cost. Switching is patient-driven and follows the same OHIP procedure used at every clinic in the province:
Call OHIP at 1-800-268-1153 and tell them you want to change doctors. Give them your OHIP health card number and our doctor's full name. They'll mail you a confirmation letter in about 7 days. Bring that letter to your first appointment with us.
Full rostering takes a few weeks to process through OHIP after that. This is standard across the province, not specific to us. Because you can only hold one family doctor at a time, please join only if you genuinely intend to switch. If you're unhappy with your current care, it's worth starting now so you're ready when we open.
Never. Your phone number is used only to notify you when we open and for important updates about your spot on the list. We won't share it with anyone, and we won't flood your inbox. Expect a few texts or calls total, not a few per week.
The average wait to find a family doctor in Ontario is 2-3 years, and many people never find one. Over 2 million Ontarians don't have a family doctor. By joining our priority list, you skip that wait entirely and get notified the moment we're ready to accept patients.
Everything you'd expect from a family doctor: preventive check-ups (periodic health visits), prescriptions, chronic disease management (like diabetes, blood pressure, and asthma), mental health support, pediatric and senior care, lab requisitions, and specialist referrals when you need them. When something urgent comes up, we'll work to see you the same day whenever our schedule allows.
We analyzed 10,000 medical clinic reviews to identify every pain point patients complain about. Then we're building the systems to fix them.
Traditional clinics waste your time on paper forms and calling in. We won't. When you book online, we'll ask what you're coming in for, the same short question you'd answer when booking any other service. The difference is in the exam room: your doctor will have already read it. No starting over with "so what brings you in today?" when you've just told us. Your appointment will begin with the actual reason you're there.
Our patient portal will track your care timeline, show test results automatically, and remind you when follow-ups are due. You'll be able to book appointments online in under 30 seconds.
We use technology to eliminate as much of the friction between you and good healthcare. We respect how medicine works. We just try to make the delivery better.
Yes, you'll need a valid Ontario health card and photo ID to access OHIP-funded services. You'll provide your health card information when booking, and bring it to your appointment.
No. We won't remove you from our roster if you visit a walk-in while traveling or can't get an appointment with us. No lectures, no penalties.
Your health comes first. We're building a clinic you'll actually want to use, so you won't need to go elsewhere. But if you do, we understand.
