Physician Introduction Program
Our referral program is 10 + 10 for 10: $10,000 when a physician you introduce starts, and another $10,000 at ten months if they are still with us.
How to make an introduction

Ask the physician for permission to make the introduction.

Complete the introduction form with your details and the physician's details.

Within two business days, Button Health will confirm receipt. If yours is the first eligible submission, your right to the referral payment will be confirmed in writing and cannot be reassigned, subject only to the physician meeting the published payment milestones.

Program terms
Who receives the payment
The payment goes to the first eligible person who makes the introduction, not to the physician who joins Button Health. You cannot refer yourself. A spouse or family member of the physician is not eligible to receive the payment.
How the first introduction is determined
The submission time of the complete form determines which eligible introduction was first. Once Button Health confirms an introduction in writing, a later introduction cannot replace that referrer.
Payment milestones
The first $10,000 is paid once the introduced physician has begun practicing full-time at the Button Health clinic location and has begun submitting OHIP billings for services provided from that location. The second $10,000 is paid if the physician is still practicing full-time with Button Health ten months after their start date.
Recruitment only
This program is for physician recruitment. It is not connected to patient referrals, patient volume, clinical decisions, OHIP billings, uninsured billings or membership revenue.
Program changes
Button Health may change or end this program. A change will not affect an introduction that Button Health has already confirmed in writing.
